Precautions

・A boat departs every one hour.
・The cruising time is approx. 40 to 50 minutes.
・Please show up at least 10 minutes before departure.
・You can accompany small children (including babies and toddlers) onboard.
・Also, you can accompany wheelchair users onboard.
・We are covered by a boat injury and damage liability insurance and equipped with proper safety devices such as life jackets.
・Please understand the boat you reserved may not be able to depart because of weather or river conditions, or for other reasons.
